The world got a little quieter and a lot less funny on October 13, 2025, when Tracy Schampers, age 58, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side.
Born on October 23, 1966, to Ronald and Mary Schampers, Tracy grew up in Green Bay and graduated from West High School. She had a heart as big as her sense of humor and a personality that could light up any room. Known for her quick wit, sarcastic remarks, and fearless honesty, Tracy had a rare gift for making people laugh even on their hardest days.
Whether she was cracking jokes, sharing wild stories from her younger, crazier years, or taking one of her famously “adventurous” drives, Tracy approached life with energy, humor, and heart. She was a loyal friend, a protective sister, and, above all, a devoted mother.
She loved her daughter, Brianna Seidler, endlessly and was incredibly proud of the woman she’s become. Tracy was a devoted cat lover, and her cat Pixie was always by her side. She could often be seen watching her favorite shows, from true crime to drama, or her favorite character, Scooby Doo. Tracy loved spending time rummaging and thrifting with her friends,
Tracy is survived by her brother Ron Schampers Jr., her nephew Chad (Gina) Schampers, and niece Holly (Derrick) Koss. She will also be dearly missed by many cousins, extended family members, and a circle of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Mary Schampers, and her significant other, Brian Seidler, who surely welcomed her home with open arms.
A celebration of Tracy’s life will be held at a later date with close family and friends. Those who knew her are encouraged to honor her memory with laughter, stories, and maybe a few sarcastic remarks just the way Tracy would’ve wanted.
