In Loving Memory of Timothy "Turk" Johnson

Born 9/29/1957 in Green Bay on the 1st Packers/Bear game at Lambeau field to Patrick Johnson and Muriel (Lemerond) Johnson.

With heavy hearts, the family announces the passing of Timothy "Turk" Johnson. The world is a duller, quieter place without him as he joins the 19th hole. To know him was to love him. He was a friend to many, a devoted father, a loving husband, and the proudest grandpa.

He was a graduate of Ashwaubenon High School class of 1975. He married his wife Cindy on August 13, 1988 (45 years together).

After 25 years cancer-free, he fought a second battle with all his strength and almost won. He went down laughing, joking and living life as best he could until the very end.

Tim loved life, but above all, he cherished his family and friends. He loved spending time on the golf course with his buddies and daughter, enjoying a drink and packer game with his son, and sharing jokes and stories with anyone who would listen. He helped anyone that needed it and made friends wherever he went. His laugh was infectious, and his smile, a constant reminder of how to live fully. If you didn’t like him, there was something wrong with you.

We are forever grateful to have had him in our lives and forever heartbroken by his loss. Thank you, Dad, for teaching us how to live life to the fullest and for showing us the true meaning of love and laughter. You’ll always be in our hearts.Love you, always and forever
