Therese Bodart

Therese “Terry” Bodart went to Heaven on Thursday June 4, 2026 surrounded by her family.

Terry was born on February 22, 1949 in Green Bay to Gordon and Patricia (nee Patterson) Bodart. She graduated from Southwest high school and attended Green Bay Cosmetology school afterwards. Doing hair was a life-long passion for her and she kept up her license until she passed away. She loved spending time with her family especially at the cabin Up North. Being on her floaty on the water was one of her favorite activities. Her Grandsons meant the world to her and she lit up when she saw each of them.

Terry is survived by her sons: Scott (Jennifer) Capelle and Sean (Heidi) Capelle, her grandsons Connor, Evan, and Bo Capelle, her sisters Barbara Moore and Jan Lane, and her brothers, John (DeeDee) Bodart and Steve Bodart and his fiancé Tawny, her niece Becky Myllymaki, and nephews: Andrew and Peter Senn and Adam Moore, special cousin, Shelly (Tom) Bennie and many other cousins. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Gordon & Patricia Bodart.

A special Thank-you to her cousin Shelly Bennie for the outstanding care/help she provided for Terry while she was homebound for many years. The family would also like to say a special thank-you to her Aurora Hospice nurse, Jasmine for the compassionate care making her final day comfortable.

A celebration of life will be held for family and friends. Details to follow.
