Tamara "Tammi" Brocker, 41, of Reedsville, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2026, following a short battle with Leiomyosarcoma (LMS), a rare and aggressive cancer.
Tammi was born on February 12, 1985, in Madison, beloved daughter of Jennifer Winter and Steve Brockmann, and was lovingly raised by her mother Jennifer and her stepfather, Frank Winter. She was a 2004 graduate from MATC Watertown. During her life, Tammi welcomed her beloved child, Alexis Brockmann, with Damion Plymesser. She later shared her life with her late partner, Tony Schultz, before finding true love again with her best friend, Troy Brocker, whom she married on June 28, 2025 at La Sure's Banquet Hall in Oshkosh.
Tammi valued learning and returned to college a couple of times throughout her life to continue her studies. Driven by a desire to help others, she went on to work as a youth support specialist at Brown County Shelter Care. Tammi loved to travel, watch movies, mini golf, four-wheeling, and shooting hoops and pool. Though she passed away on Halloween, which was always her second favorite holiday, Christmas was truly when Tammi shined. It was her absolute favorite time of year because she loved to gift and give her heart out to everyone around her. Her selflessness and warm spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Tammi is survived by her devoted daughter, Alexis; her loving son, Nicholas; her husband, Troy Brocker; her parents, Jennifer and Frank Winter, and Steve Brockmann; her mother-in-law, Nancy Brocker; her siblings, Jenny, Matt, Kara, Eric, Gina, and Jeremy; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Todd (Michelle) Brocker, Tammy (Steve) Golbach, and Tonya (Dave) Teske; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, plenty of friends, and all her animals.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Wolf, grandparents Brockmann, and grandmother Ellen Jekabson; her father-in-law, Stanley Brocker; and her late partner, Tony Schultz. She accompanied her cousin Andrew, with whom she now shares an anniversary of passing.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to Doctor Dainty, Nurse Corey, Surgeon Hill, and nurses of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Belin Hospital of Green Bay, and her best friends Amy Ingalls Isajiw and Peggy Dorow Zinkel for their outstanding care, kindness, and support during Tammi's final days.
