Shauna Lee Red Hail

January 26, 1981 — August 20, 2025

Shauna Lee Red Hail, 44, passed on August 20th, in true Shauna form. Stubborn and strong, she was defined by her resilience. She was a mom, friend, confidant, a shoulder to cry on, a person to laugh with for anyone and everyone who was blessed to share a memory with her. She is the definition of a person that you will never forget, and she is missed by more people than she could ever imagine. It’s important to remember that although earth lost an irreplaceable soul that day, she will always be an onlooker for every trial, tribulation and triumph.

Shauna was born in Waukesha, Wisconsin on January 26th, 1981 to parents Barbara Hockett and Michael Red Hail. She completed schooling in Lake Mills Wisconsin.

She Married Dean VanBoxtel in which they led an adventurous, passionate relationship.

Shauna was not tied to any one job. She spent the last decade and some pursuing her true passion, being a stay at home mom for her 4 children.

Shauna is survived by her 4 wonderful children; Alanna, Valerie, Caleb and Emma; Her loving Husband Dean; Her Mother; Barbara; 4 siblings and their spouses, Starr (Mark), Michelle, Dallas and Denny; and many more family members.

The family would like to thank anyone who helped her get through day by day. Shauna had left with so many amazing and extraordinary memories with people who were always there to return the favor. The family would also like to extend a huge thank you to the healthcare staff at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Green Bay for their efforts and care in making sure Shauna passed with ease and comfort.
