In Loving Memory of Scott M. Qualley

Scott Qualley, 69, of Arkansaw, WI, passed away peacefully on December 8th, 2025. A lifelong resident of the Midwest, Scott embodied the spirit of the Badger State: hardworking, fiercely loyal, and most at home in the great outdoors.

Scott lived by the motto “work hard, play harder.” He spent his career in sales and then masonry, leaving a legacy of diligent service and craftsmanship. Outside of work, his passion was the land. Scott found peace and purpose in hunting and fishing, especially in his younger years during memorable hunting trips with his beloved cousins in South Dakota.

In his youth, Scott was a gifted athlete who channeled his competitive nature into the game of baseball, where he formed bonds and memories that lasted a lifetime.

When he wasn't in the woods, or enjoying a ride on his favorite quiet country roads, he could be found planted firmly in front of the television, offering his enthusiastic and faithful support to his favorite teams. Scott was an avid fan of the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, and Denver Broncos.

Scott’s quick wit, generous spirit, and hearty laugh will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his loving children, Teshara Strey (Jake) and Nathan Qualley; his granddaughters, Graecyn, Lylah, and Finley; his sisters, Carol Laschinger and Karen Golden (Kelly); and a wide circle of family and friends who will carry his memory in their hearts. Scott was welcomed into Heaven by his parents, Sid and Marilyn Qualley.

A celebration of Scott’s life will take place in summer 2026, in Arkansaw, Wisconsin.
