Richard "Dick" Burlo

August 21, 1943 — September 17, 2023

Richard C. Burlo 80, Town of Union, formerly of Allouez, died 9/17/23 at Bellin Hospital with his 4 daughters at his side, along with grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. 


He was born on August 21, 1943  in Wisconsin to the late Clarence and Charlotte Burlo. Dick graduated from Saxon and then married the love of his life, Cathy Youngs on 05/4/63.  Together, they had a loving life raising their daughters. Dick loved boating, camping, teaching welding, oil painting, fishing, hunting, and water skiing. He was a welding instructor, pipe fitter welder, and Inspector/Consultant.  He worked on the Packer Stadium. He was a US Army Veteran. He is preceded in death by the love of his life Cathy Burlo (Mrs. R.C.B.) 


He is survived by: Four daughters, Diane (Mike) Engels, Casco; Darlene (Previously Brian) Demro, Kimberly; Lori (Brian) Burroughs, Green Bay; Gayle (Kerry) Steere, England; seven grandchildren: Lucas, Travis and Ariana Engels. Tyler and Brittany Demro; Kyrsten and Danielle Burroughs, Sister Joan (Eugene) Luoma, Saxon, Wisconsin. 


Preceded in death by sister Phyllis (Ron) Hautala. 


Entombment at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
