Randolf (Randy) Scott Stelter, 62, of Green Bay, Wisconsin joined his Father in Heaven Memorial Day weekend, 2022.

Randy was born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on August 4, 1959 to parents Frank and Rose (Dolan) Stelter . He attended and graduated from Oshkosh West High School. He worked many different jobs, including an auto mechanic, asbestos removal worker, and forklift driver at a pickle factory, Treehouse Foods. He found his work home at Treehouse Foods, before going on full time disability due to illness in 2007. When Randy wasn't working he enjoyed time with friends, family, riding his motorcycle in his early years, fishing, and enjoying time outside. He was also usually found watching old time tv, Nascar, or football.

Randy is survived by his daughter, Ashley (Donovan) Duggan; stepdaughter, Sarah Townsend; former wife, Ann (Thomas) Hadley; five grandchildren: Nathan, Braden, Havily, Koda, and Elsa; three brothers: Mike Stelter, Jim Stelter, and Thomas (Jennifer) Killgoar; his nieces Shelby (James) Jensen, Stacy Stelter, and Emma Manser; and his nephews JJ (Stephany) Stelter, Justin Killgoar, and Noah Manser.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Rose Stelter and eldest brother Bob (Mary) Stelter.

The family would like to thank all the neighbors and staff at Bay Manor apartments in Green Bay for providing above and beyond support and encouragement during the dificult days for the family; and warm kindness towards his time in the complex. They'd also like to give a special thanks to Dr. Raul Mendoza and all the other doctors and staff at Aurora Baycare in Green Bay who worked tirelessly to help and encourage Randy through every diagnosis.

Services will be held on Friday, July 22nd at Restoration Church on 731 Morris Avenue in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held from 1 - 4pm, followed by a celebration of life service at 4.
