Phillip J Hammer, III

Phillip James Hammer III, 36 years old, Green Bay, WI, made his journey to Heaven on November 27, 2025 .

Phillip was born in Green Bay to Phillip Hammer II and Jeanette Dakateau. He Graduated at West High School in 2007. He Married his wife, Leah, on August 10, 2012.

Phillip had various jobs and different skills: custodian and handyman. He always provided for his family and always made sure his family was financially set.

Phillip is survived by his wife Leah; his sisters Mariya, Allen, Alyssa (Hammer); his children Sapphire, Phillip IV, Samara, Serenity; aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and many more family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by Phillip James Hammer II, Grandma and Grandpa, and many more.

A special thanks to everyone who supported us during this hard times, especially Rita, family and friends, and the local schools.

Services will be held at Ho-Chunk Office at 2413 Hazelwood Ln, Green Bay. Come and share a special meal and drinks and enjoy the good memories.
