Paulette Tardiff

July 20, 1948 — August 18, 2025

Paulette Tardiff, 77, of Forestville, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025, with her family by her side. Paulette was born in Manitowoc on July 20, 1948. She spent her early years in Maine before returning to Two Rivers to be closer to family. After her husband’s passing, she made her home in Forestville, where she enjoyed many wonderful years surrounded by friends and family.

Known to most as “Gram,” Paulette was a natural caregiver who devoted much of her life to raising and caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, rummage sales, and collecting angels, but above all she cherished attending her great-grandchildren’s games and events. “Gram” will be remembered for her spunk, strength, humor, and, most of all, the unconditional love she shared so freely.

She is survived by her children: Brenda (Joby) Bonk, Jim (MariJo) Holmes, and Vicky Kostichka; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and her siblings: RoseAnn Gadzinski, Kathy Behring, JoLynn Pauze, Glenn Gadzinski, Allan Gadzinski, and Dawn Gadzinski, along with their spouses.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Beverly Ploeckelman; her husband, Larry Tardiff; her son-in-law, John Kostichka Jr.; and her brothers, Bruce and Dennis Gadzinski.

Paulette’s family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Unity Hospice and the Jack and Engrid Meng Residence for their exceptional care, compassion, and support.

A Celebration of Life will be held at E5545 County Road X, Forestville, WI 54213, on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Condolences and contributions, if desired, may be mailed to the address above.
