Linda Griese

Linda Jean Faust Griese, 72, of Kaukauna found peace on April 24th, 2022, in the comfort of her daughter's home in Maribel, Wisconsin. She was born August 12th, 1949, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Linda will be remembered by many for her quick wit and sarcastic humor, but a special few in her life are fortunate enough to look back fondly on her strength, resilience, and compassion. She worked hard and learned fast throughout her entire life. In her younger years she was a renowned beautician, later on she enjoyed knitting for local charities, and as each chapter in between unfolded, she made sure her story was one worth retelling. She was a talented artist, seamstress to the stars, successful farmer, and dedicated tradeswoman. Her adventures took her dancing, hunting, traveling, fishing the spring fed lakes of Wisconsin, and sailing the tropical waters off South Florida. However, her greatest strength was only truly known by two: she was an incredible mother.

Linda is survived and missed dearly by her daughters, Lori Faust (Richard Feldkamp) and Rochelle (Nate) Robbins, as well as a perfectly dysfunctional dynamic of family and friends who were drawn to her light. Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, and friends who became family along the way, are now and forever united by their love for her.

The family would like the thank the incredible staff of Heartland Home Health Care, who provided sincere and compassionate care for Linda, as well as the staff and residents of Roundhouse Manor in Kaukauna, who became her extended family, and of course her dear friend Roberta, for keeping her young and allowing her to always see the humor in any situation.
