Linda M. Bramer

Mar 31, 1966 — Aug 27, 2026

Linda M. Bramer, 60, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 27th, 2026, following a brief battle with cancer. She was born on March 31st, 1966, in Green Bay Wisconsin, to Harold and Barbara (Sherwood) Vander Leest. She was raised in the Green Bay area and graduated from Southwest High School.

She was previously married to Donn Bramer, with whom she shared three children. Some of her happiest moments were spent with her children and grandchildren—playing cards, enjoying countless days at Bay Beach, and watching sunsets on the Florida gulf coast. To know Linda, was to know her love and devotion to family.

In addition to family, she had a true passion for music whether it be singing, dancing, or enjoying live music around town. She cherished her close friends, often sharing meals filled with laughter and conversation. Linda was known for her kind and generous heart. She would buy flowers for a stranger simply to brighten their day. Linda will be remembered for the love she gave freely and the joy she found in life’s precious moments. Her family will especially miss her laughter, generous spirit, and unconditional love.

Linda will forever be loved and remembered by her three children, Britney (Andrew) Appleton, Tyler Bramer, and Jenna (Matthew) Garcia; her former husband, Donn Bramer; her grandchildren, Isabella and Isla Appleton; her siblings, Lenora/LeeAnn (Michael) Proctor, Steven (Jenni) Vander Leest, Patricia (Russell) Schaefer, and Michael (Theresa) Vander Leest; and her nieces and nephews, Justin (Julia), Kurt, Nicholas, Mitch, Katie, Natalie, Ryan, Rebecca (Sam), Adriana, and Richard (Valerie).

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Barbara Vander Leest.

A celebration of life will be held in Linda’s honor at Botanical Gardens, 2600 Larsen Rd Green Bay, WI 54303, on Saturday September 5th from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.

In honor of Linda’s love for animals, the family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to your local animal shelter. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Aurora Hospital and Unity Hospice.
