Lillian Krueger

Lillian Joyce Krueger, 88, of Oconto Falls, Wisconsin passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on February 22, 2024.

Lillian was born in Maple Valley, Oconto County, Wisconsin on May 25th, 1935 to Raymond and Ardis (nee Saunders) Trever. She met Robert “Bob” Krueger-the love of her life, while roller skating and they were married at Tabor Lutheran Church in Mountain, WI on October 25th, 1952.  They had five children and enjoyed many years together, which Lillian loved to reminisce about.  Lillian spent her time helping others in any way that she could, enjoyed bird watching and will forever be remembered for her baking and infectious giggles.

Lillian is survived by her children: Richard, Roxy (Jerry), Vickie, Alton (Connie), and Bob (Becky); her beloved grandchildren and many very loved great grandchildren; siblings June and Joe; in addition to nieces, nephews, cousins; and special friend Karen.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Bob; and siblings Bob, Dorothy, Gilbert, Melvin, and Ray Jr. 

A celebration of life will be held on March 9th at Embers 1871 in Peshtigo, Wisconsin from 11am-3pm in accordance with Lillian’s wishes.

The family would like to thank Meadowbrook at Oconto Falls for their dedication and care, along with HSHS St. Clare’s for the exceptional care and comfort provided to Lillian in her final moments.
