Kevin Robert List, 68, of Crivitz, Wisconsin passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024, after battling many years of medical problems. A stern stubborn ole man that would lend a hand to anyone.
He was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on May 22, 1955, to the late Gerald “Mike” List and Hermine “Smokey” (Van Frachen) Malchow.
After graduation from Bay Port High School in 1973, Kevin served his country in the United States Marines Corp. from 1974 to 1979. Upon returning from Vietnam Kevin met, married and had two children with JoAnne (Micolichek) Snyder. Later he would marry and have two children with Lisa (Herzog) Bigelow before the relationship ended.
He was a talented craftsman. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t build or fix. You could find him building anything from toy boxes to custom dog sleds. If you had a question or needed something mechanically fixed, he was your go to guy!
Kevin was an avid outdoorsman and had a passion for animals. From a young age you could find him in a deer stand, roaming the land hunting, casting a line or camping where most people wouldn’t dream of going. He spent years not only training sled dogs but horses as well. This is where his heart was. A true animal lover.
Surviving include his children Rochelle L. Foat (Paul) of Green Bay, Kevin C.M. (Lisa) List of Green Bay, Justin T. (Alyssa) of Kingsford, MI, and Serenity L. (Jonathan) Anderson of Crivitz; grandchildren Tanner, Riley, Leigha, Christian, Aiden, Kielarr, Elliot, Miles, and Cooper; great grandchildren; sisters, Michelle L. List, Dorene V. List; brothers Gerald M. List, Jr., and Karl J. Malchow; sister Hermine K. Malchow; nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
