Kenneth Duchaine, 59, Beaver Dam, died unexpectedly on November 10, 2015. Born on January 13, 1956, he is the son of the late Irving Duchaine and Madelyn (Leonard) Finwall.
Ken is survived by two daughters and one son, Lisa Payne, Shane (Nancy) Duchaine, and Tanya Duchaine (companion, Andy Albertson); nine grandchildren; and many brothers and sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private services will take place at a later date. Simply Cremation assisted the family with cremation services, 431-0100.
