Jeffrey Woulf

May 13, 1963 — February 4, 2026

Jeff, 62, of Green Bay passed away on 2/4/26 peacefully at home.

He lived quietly, laughed a lot, and left the world without much fuss—just as he preferred.

After a long and stubborn battle with cancer, he passed away surrounded by the things he liked best: peace, privacy, and not a lot of people. Cancer may have been persistent, but so was he, meeting it with dry humor, a raised eyebrow, and an impressive commitment to doing things his own way.

He was a man who valued solitude—not because he disliked people, but because he liked thinking, observing, and enjoying life without unnecessary commentary. He was funny in the way that sneaks up on you: perfectly timed remarks, subtle sarcasm, and jokes delivered so deadpan you sometimes needed a minute to realize you were supposed to laugh.

He didn’t seek attention or applause, and he would probably be mildly annoyed to know this many words are being written about him. Still, those who knew him know that behind the quiet exterior was a sharp mind, a kind heart, and a sense of humor that revealed itself when you least expected it.

He leaves behind memories that are understated but lasting—much like the man himself. He will be missed, quietly and deeply.

Jeff was born in Marinette WI to Jim and Jackie Woulf on May 13, 1963. He is preceded in death by his father, Jim Woulf.

Jeff is survived by his two sons, Jimmy Woulf and Ben Woulf of Florida, his two brothers, Steve Woulf (Tina Woulf) and Greg Woulf (Bob Seljan), his 3 sisters, Sheri Houser, Amy Woulf, and Paula Maresh (Brian Maresh), granddaughter, Penelope Woulf (Ben) and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on March 7, 2026 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at the Green Bay Moose Lodge.
