Jeffrey Lynn Tress

Jeffrey L. Tress, 70, Freedom, passed away Monday, Aug. 26, 2024, at his home. He was born May 29, 1954, in Appleton, son of the late Robert and Bernice (Zastrow) Tress. He graduated from Appleton West High School. Jeff married Ann Marie Slominski in 1982. He worked as a truck driver for L&S Electric in Appleton, where he retried from. 

He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, woodworking, accomplishing projects in his shop, boating, and cheering on the Packers. 

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Ann; one daughter, Lorelei (Erik) Scharinger, Green Bay; grandpuppies, Maggie and Eisa; siblings: Cynthia (Ken) Schmitt, Judith (Dennis) Redemann, Randall (Becky) Tress, Roderick Tress and Terry Leonard (Chris) Tress; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
