Jeffrey Rupiper

Jeff Rupiper (63) of Green Bay passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025. If you knew Jeff, chances are you shared a laugh with him, heard one of his stories, and remember him as someone who lived life on his own terms.

Born in Green Bay on February 13th, 1965, he is the oldest son of Sandie Kossow and the late Neil Kossow.

Jeff found happiness in the simple moments—good conversation, laughter, live music, and spending time in the woods. He was the kind of person who believed life was meant to be enjoyed. Whether singing karaoke, playing pool, or simply spending time with friends, he embraced moments of fun and connection, creating memories that will be cherished.

He is survived by his partner of two years, Mary Fabry; his children, Matt Rupiper, Melissa Rupiper, Amber Metoxen, and Gordon Metoxen; and 10 grandchildren; Matthew, Chase, Marisa, Chloe, Jerzey, David, Hudson, Treasure, Serenity, and Loretta.
Preceded in death by his father, Neil Kossow and grandparents, Lyle and Viola Kossow, and Arnold and Verna Lemmens.

 A celebration of life is planned to take place on February 13th 2026.
