Jeffrey Scott Adams

July 11, 1967 — January 23, 2026

Bonduel, WI

Jeffrey Scott Adams walked up the staircase to Heaven on Friday, January 23rd. He was surrounded by his children. The days leading up to his passing were filled with many family and friends surrounding him with laughter and great stories of memories that will last on forever.

Jeffrey was born July 11, 1967, in Green Bay Wisconsin. He was the youngest son of the late Leo Sr. and Carol Adams.

Jeff battled with diabetes for most of his life as a warrior. He underwent many surgeries, which included an organ transplant to amputations. Jeff had been put under anesthesia over 70 times in his 58 years. Through every obstacle he endured he ALWAYS smiled while making everyone around him laughter and joy with his charismatic personality.

Jeff attended Green Bay West High School, where he made lifelong friends that became extended family. He loved his animals and had many beloved best friends by his side. He had an unbroken bond especially with his beloved buddy Gunner. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and being in nature above most things. He loved competing for the infamous family AFM opening day trophy we hosted for many years on the Forestville flowage. He loved being a rockstar while in many bands (Six Feet Under) and having a good karaoke night with the Adams family. We will all smile when hearing Enter Sandman by Metallica. He loved music so very much (AudioSlave/Ozzy/Judas Priest. His pride and joy of his life was his son Justin; whom will greatly miss his dad and best friend. Jeff couldn’t have been more of a loving father that would have done absolutely anything for him. Jeffrey was the best father anyone could hope for and was there for every football practice, school outing or every weekend in between hunting or fishing.

Justin and his partner Audrey lovingly cared for Jeff through his final days. Jeffrey loved Audrey like a daughter and he was beyond grateful for their unconditional love and care. Jeffrey was cared for by countless hospital staff throughout his life. We would like to give a special thanks to his care team over the years at Aurora Hospital, his Team at Lakeland Care-Sara and Renee, Unity Hospice for their caring and kind staff, and nurse Je for being Jeffrey’s best looking nurse because Jeffrey requested ONLY the cute ones, always giving us a good laugh when we needed it!

Jeffrey is survived by his children; Justin (Audrey Morris) Adams of Bonduel and Megan Parker of Green Bay; grandchildren Brayden (18), Cullen (17), Siibi (10), Adonnis (3) and Alena (1); siblings Linda Zirbel, Debra Lewis, Mary Adams, Cindi Adam-Bonville, Julie Adams, Rick (Jean) Adams, Lisa (Steve) Adams-Bobnock, and Nancy Crofoot; among many nieces, nephews Roger Anhen which always had a special place with Jeffrey and cousins. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Carol Adams Sr., brothers Leo and Ron Adams, and niece Erica Adams

We will be celebrating this unforgettable man’s life with a gathering in May 2026. Details will be shared at a later date.

Please take comfort that Jeff decided to write his own story ending and freed his soul from his vessel to be free from pain and agony. He is at peace and reunited with his family, friends and loved ones in Heaven. His mother Carol and father Leo were around for only Jeff to see in his final days. They came to take him home. His strength was unmeasurable and will live through all of us whose life’s he touched. To his family, he was a hero. We will carry that memory untold we see him again.

To leave with a poem by Jeffrey Adams:

“You may be born as a King, or even as a street sweeper, but one day we will all be dancing with the Reaper”
