James Lardinois

James Lardinois age 82 of Pulaski, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, September 14, 2026. Born November 6, 1943 in Green Bay, WI. He was the son of the late Frank Lardinois and Lorraine (Michael’s) Stacie. 

In 1963 he married Lois Butterfield and together they had two children. James also loved fishing, camping, pontooning, watching the Packers, traveling, casinos, working on cars and spending time with family. The summer of 2000 he met the love of his life Shirley Pecore while working on the concrete of her house. 

Jim is survived by Shirley Pecore, his daughter, Laurie (Mark) Babiarz, son, Jesse Lardinois and (Kathy Weed), Jason (Jaliyah) Pecore; 12 grandchildren, David Babiarz, Eric Babiarz, Nicole Babiarz, Trevor (Stephanie) Lardinois, Jaysin (Abby), Mckinleigh, Wabanishi, Jayceon, Jianni, Jasai, Bentley, Zayden Pecore; great-grandchildren Chloe and Liam Babiarz, Luca, Calvin and Maxton Lardinois; sisters, Sue (Rich) Dobry, Jeanie Lison, Jan (Allen) Dettman; brothers, Dirk (Sandy) Stacie, Wayne (Kay) Lardinois, Gary (Fay) Lardinois, Dale (Roberta) Lardinois; sister-in-laws, Linda Stacie, Debbie Skalitsky (James); brother-in-law, Tom (Sharon) Fischer. 

He was preceded in death by brother, Ron and sister-in-law, Joyce Lardinois; brothers Rod Stacie and Doug Stacie; brother-in-laws, John, Todd Fischer; mother-in-law, Agnes and father-in-law, Percy.

We would like to thank Birch Hill and Unity Hospice for the extraordinary care, dignity, and compassion they provided to Jim and our family during this difficult journey. Your guidance was a constant light.
