In the late eve of July 18th, 2018, Diana Elizabeth (Kubichek) Montgomery was called home and is now at peace with her late father, mother, and brother; John, Elizabeth, and David Montgomery.
She is survived by her sons Jonathan (Lisa) Kubichek of Staples, MN; Randy (Tracy Grasee) Kubichek of Green Bay, WI; granddaughter Vanessa Arneson; grandson Benjamin Kubichek; granddaughter Autumn Kubichek; brother Dan Montgomery of Virginia Beach, VA; and 5 loving nieces and nephews.
All are welcome to celebrate Diana on July 27th, 2018, at Heritage Hill’s Visitor Center at 2640 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301. Visitation is from 5:30-7:00pm with meal to follow.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire staff at Unity Hospice for all their exceptional care.
