Debra Schultz

November 25, 1954 — April 24, 2023

Debra Ann Schultz, 68, De Pere died peacefully on April 24th, 2023 surrounded by
her loving family. Debra was born on November 25th, 1954, to the late Carl Vander
Bloeman and Phyllis (Steffens) Vander Bloeman. Debra lost her father, Carl to cancer
at the young age of seven. Debra's mother Phyllis remarried Doug Larson and together
they raised Debra and her three siblings.

Debra attended Annunciation grade school, and graduated from Green Bay West High
School, class of 1973. Upon graduation Debra attended UW Stout with her high school
sweetheart, Tom Schultz. Debra and Tom returned to Green Bay where they married and
raised their family. Debra was a dedicated and loving mother to their three children. She spent
many years as a stay at home mom. She was very involved in the lives of her children,
volunteering at their schools, sewing them clothes and costumes, singing, reading and
watching movies. Debra never turned down playing a game with her family.

For enjoyment, Debra spent forty years playing games with her special group of friends, her
"card club." Debra also loved a good lunch date with her sisters, her daughters and her
granddaughters. Debra loved to travel and listen to music with her husband Tom.
