Debra Rae Collins

Debra Rae Collins, 66, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2026, while residing at Century Ridge assisted living facility in Green Bay.

Born November 30, 1959, and raised in Wabeno, Wisconsin, Debra was full of love for her daughter, Alice, and cherished her family and friends deeply.

She had a signature smile and a saying everyone will remember: “I don’t know about you” — always delivered with a grin that could light up the room.

She found joy in the simple things: her vape, an Almond Joy bar, and time spent with the people she loved.

She is survived by her daughter, Alice; her brothers, Thomas (Lauri) Collins of Suamico and Rick Collins of Green Bay; her sisters, Candice Luedke and brother-in-law David Luedke of Germantown, Betty Jo Collins of Green Bay, and Jennifer Collins of Green Bay; along with many nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her dearly.

Debra joins in heaven her late sisters, Robin Brandt and Cora Luterbach, and her parents, Bob and Betty Collins.

Her family is grateful for the compassionate care shown to Debra by the staff at Century Ridge and by Unity Hospice for their love and support during her final days.
