Survived by three brothers, Jim, Steve (Emily), and Sam (Jean); two sisters, Claudia (Dan) Zitlow, and Wendy (Rick) Bloedorn.
Preceded in death by son, Terry; sister, Joan Melotte and a brother, Danny.
Per his wishes no formal services will take place.
