Father: Adolph Polczinski. Mother: Gertie Golubski. Children: Joe and Patty deceased. Paul and Jody Mondragon- Thanks for all the love and support, esp. during my illness. The Grandchildren: Alex (Megan) Mondragon, and Gabby Mondragon- Thanks to both of you for the love and making me so proud.
My Sibs: Bon(Jerry) Brown, Len(Judy) Polczinski, Tony Polczinski, Jeff(Maggie Ryan) Polczinski and Peter(Peggy) Polczinski.
Good Shepherd: So nice to see the same staff who was there when my dad was. So, it’s my turn now. It’s like coming home. The “Remember Whens are wonderful” Thank you.
Unity Hospice: I was blessed to have you all.
Per Christine’s wishes, she asked that no service be held.
