Chad D. Vandervest

Chad Dale Vandervest, 62, of Luxemburg, Wisconsin, passed away on June 18, 2026, due to heart-related issues. 

He was born on March 14, 1964, to Dale and Jeanette Vandervest. 

Chad was a loving husband of 37 years to his late wife, Nancy Vandervest. Known for his tough-guy exterior and big personality, Chad had a deep love for motorcycles, cars, and his loyal dog, Harley. Later in life, he found joy and companionship again with his fiancé, Waye Hynek. Chad's immense love and caring nature were felt deeply by his family, especially by his son, Zachary, who always looked up to his dad. He also held a deep, enduring love for his late daughter, Amanda. Chad's legacy proudly lives on through Zachary and his grandchildren. 

Chad is survived by his fiancé, Waye Hynek (her daughter Chyna); his father, Dale Vandervest; his son, Zachary (Viola) Vandervest; and his siblings, Pam (John), Kim (Bill), and Gail (Scott). He was a deeply caring grandfather to his granddaughter, Hannah, and extended that same love to his step-grandsons, Jacob, Levi, and Noah Castro. He will be greatly missed by many other family members and close friends. 

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy; his daughters, Amanda and Jessica; and his mother, Jeanette.
