Carol Ann Puishis

Carol Ann Puishis, born December 3, 1948, passed away on September 29, 2026.

Carol was a devoted mother who was always there for her children and grandchildren. She had a great sense of humor and brought laughter and light to the people around her. She found joy in gardening and especially loved growing her tomatoes, a simple pleasure she tended with care.

Carol is survived by her five children: Carrie Burrows; Debra Miranda (Robert); Steve Steenport; Jesse Steenport; and Daniel Gaffney; as well as 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by her sister, Mary Olson (Mark) , and her brother, John Puishis ( Jenne).

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Ann and Walter Puishis.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin, for their professionalism, compassion, and care during Carol’s time there.

There will be a Celebration of Life honoring Carol on December 5th, from 2-5pm at A Gathering for You: 822 Cormier Rd, Green Bay, Wi 54304
