Brenda Neese

January 26, 1963 — November 29, 2022

Brenda Neese, 59, of Oconto, Wisconsin passed peacefully in her sleep on November 29, 2022. Brenda lost her battle with cancer. She always stayed positive, kept her sense of humor through it all. Brenda was surrounded by loved ones during her illness until her final moments.

Brenda was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin on January 26, 1963 to Mother Judith (Winscher) Saeger. She went to high school in Sheboygan, Wisconsin then moved to Oconto County area to be near family. She worked in Healthcare as a care giver/Med tech in Oconto for many years and worked at the Sheboygan Homeless shelter after returning back to Sheboygan. She has 3 children and proudly raised her grand daughter (Abby) as her own until her passing.

Brenda was never tied to just one career, she enjoyed working in healthcare for years and taking care of others, she worked at Unlimited Services and eventually became a stay at home mom to Abby, the job she enjoyed the most. Being a Mom. She was the taxi- mom for many kids to skating and all sorts of fun events. Her home was filled with fun and laughter. She loved to visit her friends and chat over a cup of coffee or two. Brenda had a great sense of humor and through it all never lost that.

Brenda is survived by her loving children, Dale Engstrom, Derrick (Amanda) Engstrom and her daughter Abby Neese; brother's, Kevin (Regenia) Saeger and Shawn (Georgia) Saeger; sister's, Dawn (Dale) Hiebing, Valerie (Mike) Kangas, and Linda Hernandez; very special friend, Ron Stewart; step sister, Robin (Mike) Schwartzkopf; Angel Brock; step brother, Dale Trossen; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Judith Marie Trossen; daughter, Holly Ann Brunette; grand parents; aunts and uncles.

The family has all been here supporting and enjoyed spending time with Brenda, making her laugh or just holding her hand. We would like to give special thanks to those who were a big part of Brenda's care during her battle with cancer. Her sister Valerie Kangas, nieces, Tina Kangas and Candy Kangas; and Brenda's daughter, Abby Neese for their loving care of Brenda, also for helping Abby through this difficult time. To Ron Stewart who has been a huge part of Brenda's life for many years and always there to help her when she needed anything. To all her friends and family who came to see her. Our deepest thanks to you all.

Brenda has chosen to not have any type of service but has requested family have a celebration of her life. Family will plan and announce at a later date.
