Barbara LaCrosse

Barbara LaCrosse, age 78, of Green Bay, died on October 18, 2024. She was born February 21, 1946, in Hartford, WI, the daughter of Benjamin and Eleanor (Froh) Alton.

 On June 3, 1967, she married Wayne "Skip" LaCrosse and they shared 57 wonderful years together. In 1996, they moved to Green Bay from Rhinelander, WI. Barb worked at Bellin Hospital as a Housekeeper until she retired in 2011.

She is survived by her husband Wayne Sr., daughter Yvonne and son Wayne Jr., bonus daughter Nicole, grandson Cody (Brittany) and grandson Vincent, and three great grandchildren Marilyn, Dominic, and Riley. She is also survived by brother-in-law, Michael (Carol) LaCrosse, sister-in-law Barb (Ron) Hurth and nieces and nephew, Brandon (Ginger) LaCrosse, Aubrey LaCrosse, Alina (Matt) Schmidt, Mara Clark, Kaysen Clark, Shana (Keenan) McKenna.

 She was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters, her father-in-law, Eli LaCrosse, and her mother-in-law, Lois LaCrosse Snook.

 The family would like to thank Dr. John Thurlow and Woodside Lutheran Home for the care that she received. 

 A private family service will be held.
