Ashley Roy-Ann Pease Woitula

Ashley Roy-Ann Pease Woitula, 37, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, passed away on July 17, 2026. Born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, on July 19, 1988, Ashley lived a life defined by kindness, compassion, generosity, and an unwavering devotion to the people she loved.

Ashley was the beloved daughter of Connie Holland Kinjerski, Richard M. Pease II, and Timothy Kinjerski. She was lovingly raised by her family, and Timothy proudly walked her down the aisle on her wedding day. She was the cherished wife and best friend of Joe Woitula, devoted stepmother to Ethan Belleau DuChateau, and loving sister to Richard Pease III and his wife Heather and Alex Kinjerski. Ashley cherished the relationships she built with her family and carried the love, laughter, and memories they shared throughout her life.

Ashley was preceded in death by her brother, Riley Kinjerski, who passed away at birth; and her grandfathers, Roy Holland and Richard “Dick” Pease. She is survived by her grandmothers, Jean Holland and Virginia Pease, along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends who were blessed to know her.

Ashley shared a uniquely special bond with her mother, Connie. Their relationship was built on unconditional love, trust, and a deep understanding of one another. Ashley had a rare gift for making people feel accepted and supported, and she was a source of comfort, strength, and encouragement for her mother throughout their lives together.

Ashley was an extraordinary aunt to Molly, Lucas, and Logan, who adored their Aunt Ashley and brought immeasurable joy to her life. Their bond was filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories that will forever remain in their hearts.

Joe often joked that he met Ashley through mutual friends, went to her house one evening on his own, and simply never left. It was a story that perfectly reflected the life they built together—one filled with love, laughter, friendship, and unwavering support for one another.

Ashley graduated from Bay Port High School before earning her degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, where she studied to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Although her career ultimately followed a different path, her education opened doors that allowed her to build meaningful relationships and touch countless lives throughout her professional journey.

Ashley spent ten years with Shopko before becoming an Assistant Store Manager at JCPenney. She later served as Assistant Branch Manager 2at Associated Bank, where she earned the respect and friendship of coworkers and customers alike through her warmth, dependability, and genuine care for others.

In 2022, Ashley and Joe fulfilled a shared dream by opening ASHENJUGG, a local gaming and collectibles store that reflected Ashley’s love of bringing people together. It became much more than a business—it became a place where people felt welcomed, friendships grew, and a community was built around shared interests, kindness, and acceptance.

Ashley formed lasting friendships everywhere she worked. Many of those friendships continued long after she moved on to new opportunities, with former coworkers becoming loyal customers, supporters of ASHENJUGG, and lifelong friends. She had a remarkable ability to make people feel valued, remembered, and genuinely cared for.

Those who knew Ashley will remember her as one of the kindest, sweetest, and most selfless people they had ever known. She always put others before herself and possessed an extraordinary gift for making everyone around her feel welcome, comfortable, and important. Whether someone had known her for years or had just met her, Ashley had a way of making them feel like they belonged.

Alongside her kindness was a quiet wisdom. Ashley believed that truly caring for someone sometimes meant telling them what they needed to hear rather than simply what they wanted to hear. She always did so with compassion, honesty, and love, earning the trust and respect of everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Ashley had a lifelong love of live music and rarely missed an opportunity to attend a concert. She was an especially devoted fan of Steel Panther, whose members often recognized her from the crowd and occasionally invited her on stage. She also loved playing poker with friends, exploring the paranormal and attending psychic events with her lifelong best friend, Melanie Lueckfeld, whom she had known since the age of seven. Ashley’s curiosity, adventurous spirit, and sense of fun were as much a part of her as her kindness.

Ashley leaves behind countless friends, extended family members, coworkers, customers, and members of the community whose lives are better because they knew her. The love she shared, the friendships she built, and the kindness she freely gave will continue to live on in every life she touched.

Ashley accomplished much in her 37 years—as a daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt, friend, leader, and business owner. However, above all of those accomplishments, Ashley Roy-Ann Pease Woitula will be remembered for how she made people feel.
