Susan Mary(Josephs) Thompson entered into the arms of the Lord on August 18, 2019
Sue was born February 5th 1950 at St. Mary's hospital in Green Bay to Robert and Catherine Josephs. She was raised in West De Pere. Sue was a proud member of the YMCA swim team in her youth winning many ribbons and medals. In 1968 she graduated from West De Pere high school with high honors where she was a varsity cheerleader.
On February 7, 1970 Sue married the late John Thompson and went on to raise 3 children, Tracy, Bobbie and Jon. Through the years she worked at several jobs in retail she enjoyed. In 1991 she graduated from NWTC with her degree in Medical Assisting where she went on to work many years at American Medical Security and later at United Healthcare.
Sue loved going with family up to Jacksonport and Bailey's Harbor in Door County. Sue was really good at cards and playing Trivial Pursuit. She had such a quick wit and great sense of humor.
Sue is survived by her 3 children Tracy, Bobbie and Jon. Grandson Luke, sister Barb(Robert) Steckart, nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her parents Robert and Catherine, many aunt's, uncle's and cousins.
