Doris J. Rosin, 86, Green Bay, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday, January 7, 2022. She was born on March 2,1935 to Francis and Geraldine (Gagnon) Wendricks.
She married Donald E. Rosin on April 21,1956 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Green Bay, WI. He proceeded her in death on February 14, 1999. Together they raised two loving sons.
Along with raising her family Doris worked at Diana Manufacturing, Green Bay, Wi for over 20 years. Doris also loved spending time up north in Crivitz, WI where she and Donald retired and lived until Donald’s death. During her retirement, she was a voracious reader, enjoyed dancing, playing cards with friends, painting ceramics and other crafts, and spending time with her friends and family.
Doris will be greatly missed by her 2 sons, Keith (Liz Berchem – Fiancee) Rosin, Ron (Barb) Rosin; granddaughter, Tanya Rosin; sister, Ruth Kirane; sister in law, Bernadette Wendricks; nieces, nephews and friends.
Doris was proceeded in death by her infant daughter Ann Marie; husband of 43 years, Donald; her parents; grandsons Aaron and David Rosin; sister, Ethel Dufek; brother, Fredrick Wendricks; brother-in-laws, Paul Kirane, Jerry Dufek, Elton Rosin, Tom Persson, and Harvey Green; sister-in-laws, June Schiefelbein, Betty Schroeder, Dorothy Persson, Rita Green and Lenore Rosin; parent-in-laws.
The family would like to thank the staff at Country Villa Assisted Living, Pulaski, WI and the staff of Unity Hospice for their loving care and support of Doris.
In accordance with Doris’s wishes, she will be cremated and placed to rest with her husband, Donald at Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Her life will be celebrated at a private family gathering.
