Debra Cribb

January 8, 1961 — March 15, 2018

It’s with great sorrow to announce the passing of Debra Therese Cribb of Green Bay, WI. Deb was strong and courageous until she took her last breath on March 15th, 2018. Born on January 8th, 1961, she was the daughter of the late George and Grace Lobacz (Thorp, WI). After growing up in Thorp, Deb moved to Milwaukee where she met her husband Henry Cribb. The two were wed on July 13th, 1991. The couple settled in Abrams, WI, for many years and then later moved to Green Bay, WI.

Deb had a love for gardening and had the most beautiful flowerbeds. She enjoyed creating and sharing memories at the annual Green Bay Botanical Garden Fair. She was an avid reader with crime mysteries being her favorite genre. Deb loved listening to music and was known for her “sweet” dance moves. She could be heard humming along to her favorite songs, most of which were by her favorite artist, Prince. Deb had a loving heart and touched many throughout her life. Family and friends could count on her to provide a listening ear. Known for her honesty, she always had the best intentions and wishes for others. Deb spent her last remaining years working for Humana where she enjoyed the challenge of her job and working with her teammates while making friends along the way.

Deb’s memory will live on with her husband, Henry Cribb of Green Bay; daughter and son-in-law, Rachel and Dylan Lunn of Green Bay along with their daughter, Deb’s granddaughter, Rowan; son, Joseph Cribb and his partner Justin Schlough of Green Bay; sisters, Georgia (Ted) Mollerud of Altoona, WI, Carol (Ronald) Fredrickson, Lublin, WI, and Suzette (Dan) Reilly, Milwaukee, WI. Along with many nieces and nephews and their families, and wonderful friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Grace Lobacz, her brother, Walter; sister, Barbara and her loyal beagle pup, Cloe.

Visitation at Green Bay Botanical Gardens, 2600 Larson Rd, Saturday, March 24, from 2:30 PM until 5 PM.

Deb’s family would like to thank Dr. Umang Guatam and the cancer team at Aurora Hospital for all their hard work and support through her cancer journey. Also, to Deb’s hospice workers, Alicen and Kayla, for their guidance, directions and for helping to make Deb comfortable in her weeks.
