Shelby Jean Schoenfeld

Shelby Jean Schoenfeld, age 65, of Shawano, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at the home of her daughter, Billie Jo. Shelby was born on October 27, 1952 in Cecil,the daughter of the late Alois and Dorothy (Hansen) Born. On August 31,1974,Shelby was united in marriage to the late Bill Schoenfeld at Peace United Church of Christ in Shawano. She was a kind a gentle soul who loved spending time with her friends and family, and spoiling her dog, Pootie. Shelby will be greatly missed. Shelby is survived by her children, Heather (Ben) Turrell of Chilton and Billie Jo (Luke) Kotecki of Green Bay; along with 10 grandchildren: James, Jonathan, Jonah, Jillian, Joel, Jacob, Johanna, and Jessica Turrell, and Chloe and Ella Kotecki. A memorial service for Shelby will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Faith United Church in Gillett with Rev. John Laatsch officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 am until the time of the service.
