Lowell L. Klementz, 91, Townsend, died peacefully at a local nursing home on May 24, 2017. Born on January 7, 1926, in Carter, Wis., she is the daughter of the late Phillip and Emma (Cole) Mielke. She married John Klementz, and he preceded her in death on August 23, 2003. Lowell was a kind spirit to animals, and enjoyed playing cards.
